Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Larger or custom design requests may require additional time; if so, you’ll be notified promptly.
Shipping Method:
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight and size.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Estimated Delivery Time:​

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (after processing)

Total Delivery Time: Typically 6–10 business days
Local Pickup:
Local pickup in Argyle (Lantana), TX is available upon request. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once an item has shipped, delivery times are outside of our control. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for updates. We’re happy to assist if needed.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once production has begun.
If there’s an issue with your order:
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:​

Your order is canceled before design proof approval or production begins.

An order cannot be fulfilled due to materials or production issues on our end.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
